So I think I have a 10 inch lift cylinder and 1 inch pin holes on my diamond plow, also my pump is under the hood, so the lift cylinder looks like an angle cylinder.

The ram is pitted really badly, it leaks down fairly quickly, and so I need to replace it. My question is, can I find any cylinder with the right specs to work with it, or do I need a specific meyer lift cylinder? I can fab the Pin Holes to accept any size if need be.

As long as the specs match you can use any cylinder you want.

Fisher's 10" cylinder will be a direct replacement for that cylinder. In fact when that plow was made the cylinder probably came from the same supplier.
