gone down the check list from the owner/mechanics guide
    1.motor runs-check
    2.fluid lever good-check
    3.checked cable travel and 3 way valve,good-check
4.adjust lift valve in or out?
5.check couplers and hose connections-check works on another truck
guess the only thing left is that lift valve, right or am i missing something?

At the pump follow cable to the side of the pump. There is a cover with three screws remove cover usually full of water, rust clean and adjust. My plow was left outside all the time and this was an every year maintance thing.

The only other problem for not turning was the hose couplers, looked like they were connected (checked several times) but pressure in line would not let them snap in place. wish you luck and let us know what it was.
