I have a MM1 with electric motor attached to the pump. The manual shows an oil seal. Is this available by itself? I have a small leak that appears to be just above the flange on the motor side of the unit. I put a new gasket in when I changed the fluid but it is leakimg above that.

The motor seal can be bought individually...

When you pull it apart, check for side to side play in the motor shaft and also the pump shaft which would indicate worn bushings. If either is sloppy, replacing the seal won't fix the leak.
