Was just about to put on my mount on a 08 dodge 2500 and for some reason this time i decided to pull up boss's instruction sheet/parts list. I seen that they have nut bars listed as hardware. I was wondering what there function is and if there really needed. I have always bought used mounts and put them on my self and never seen/used nutbars. I have installed Ford and GM mounts but this is my first dodge. thanks for any info.

Usually nut strips are just an easier way to install the bolts.
