not much clearance

    i have a meyers 7.5 plow on my dodge ram 1500, and I only have a 8" gap between the bottom of the mount and the ground, and this is with the plow off? i bottomed out this morning when going over a bump fast. is this something to worry about. if i do uphill driveways will i bottom out?

    You either have wrong mount or it is installed wrong. I think that about 10 to 11 inches is the normal height.

    you must have been going pretty fast to get that much travel in your suspention...

    It should be 10 1/2" from the ground to the center of the mounting pins

    yes, it probably is 10.5 from the ground to the pins
