Noise when lifting plow

    I'm not real sure how to describe this noise, but when lifting from half to full extension, my lift cylinder makes a funny noise. I have checked the fluid level for a start, but it is fine.
    As this is the first plow of my own, I would appreciate any advice.

    Is it kind of a "chattery" or "choppy" sound?

    sounde like lack of oil or pump cavitation
