If you have a fishstik did you remember to hit the power button? Define anything....lights, blinkers, motor....check your connections for good contact. Also what set up are you running?

Have you checked the fuses under the hood? It could also be a broken or loose wire inside the 11 pin harness that runs from the plow plug on the truck to the 2nd port on the isolation module and has a connector that comes off that connects to the first port harness on the isolation module.

Chevy ....9 Pin? lol. Too many threads huh.?.

What he meant was 3 pin (straight blade) or 7 pin (V blade)

First check the fuse under the dash, and or it's power source. Red wire the runs off the end of the controller harness at the control connector. The ISO is a complicated thing to test for power if you don't know what your doing. There is a series of circuts that have to be completed in order for it to work properly...to which it's obviously not right now.

Again, follow that red wire from the end of the control harness under the dash to it's in line fuse, and then onto it's power source. IF the fuse is present, take a test light and check both sides of the fuse holder for power. Ensure there is juice at the power source as well.

As Chevy pointed out, there is also fuses under the hood near the ISO module. See diagram for both the 3 port and 4 port locations.

If you don't find a problem, you should move on to checking all connections, use the diagrams as blue prints and follow it along systematically so you don't miss anything.

11 pin connector I mean.I forgot about the fuse at the controller.Yeah I had a similar problem where,I didn't have lights or joystick power.I tried another harness a friend hadn't installed yet and that fixed the problem so I bought a new harness

I would be wiggeling everything then, you have a loose or corroded connection somewhere.

Just lost all plow power myself about 40 minutes ago while pulling out from the gas station into traffic... Plow lights went off, truck headlights came on, and I had no red light on my joystick... I ended up pulling over, and called the wife to escort me home...

Hope to figure out what happened come daylight, once I open the frozen-shut hood...
    :(

Well... The plow light was lit immediately after starting the truck this morning... Which means no bad fuses... But once I used the joystick, the light went off, and the headlights transfer over and I have no control power... After checking under the hood ie wiggling wires and the 3-plug isolation module, it came back on, and has hasn't done it again... I have since driven it around town, trying to replicate the issue and could not...

Now, I do not feel secure driving this at night now...

    Any thoughts?

My plow was not working at all.and i changed the solinod.and still had nothing.i went to get it looked at and still nothing.i left there and got up street and everything lit up,but no plow movement.someone said it could be the light wire that comes from ISO box so im going to try that

Kevin, in regards to your profile message, it's part# 26357 Truck side and it's component plow side is 26347.

If I were you I would wiggle each components in various locatons to try and re create the issue before throwing parts at it. I would hate to see you replace a harness that is in otherwise perect condition.

    Where are you again?
