Had something like that happen to me last year with my western had to clean the plug with all the conections on it. Make sure all wireing conectors are tight. Good luck Pete:drinkup:

If you checked the plug at the controller and your nine pin grill connector and those are okay, it is probably the S2 stuck shifted. If you pull the cover off the coils the S2 is the one with the green wire. Before you remove the coil, have someone angle the blade left or right while you hold a small screwdriver at the end of the coil to check for magnatisim. If no magnatisism then its electrical, if there is magnatisim, remove the coil and the valve and by inserting a small screwdriver in the end of the valve and pushing, see if the valve will shift in and out. If it is stuck. sometimes if you hold the valve vertical and give the base end a goodsmack on the work bench you can free if up. Check for remaining debris and reinstall, do not over tighten the jam nut for the coil, just snug is good.
