So I bought 2 new Pro Plus plows this past September. One on a new truck and one for an older personal truck that will now be a full timer. Anyways, bought plows from two different dealers and due to the lack of snow haven't touched them until yesterday. Anyways put both plows on trucks and noticed on one controller that it was splitting in half...(where to pieces screwed together). After checking it out, it was apparent that both screw holes were broken. Grabbed the other controller and it had the same issue. Called each dealer and they said they have seen a few this year. They say during manufacturing those screws have been over tightened, thus breaking the plastic. They both gave me new controllers. Just wanted to post this incase others have same issue.
