When i push on the up button it sticks on the controller? When i just want it to come up a little it comes all the way up. Then pump wines have to push the button down. This is a brand new set up. Will it get wore in or do i need a new controller?

Sticky controller. Have it swapped out under warranty.

Start at the purchasing dealer first. Dealers are your first line and there's usually no reason to go any further. Usually.

Grease the cylinders always. I try to after each storm or wash.
