Thought I'd throw a few pics of my new truck. Its an 04 Chevy 2500hd, 6 liter V8, with an 8 ft Fisher on the front and a snowman pull plow on the back.

    How is the back-plow?

LB - give us some feedback on how the back-blade is working for you? Are you using it only for residential? Where else does it come in handy and how have you been using it (eg. backing into driveways).....

And if you don't mind, how much did it set you back? Are the rams and hoses etc. all pretty much the same as a front-mounted plow?

    Cheers, GL

PS. Nice choice on a truck by the way -- is that an SLT?

Thanks!!!! Haven't gotten to use it yet, but as soon as I do I'll let you guys know how she works. I plan on using it on both residential and commercials. Got a few commercials that I have to back drag away from doors, the back plow will be much more efficient and will scrap alot better. It is a similar set up to a front mount, a little simpler hydo and wiring but more complex mounting/hinge system. Mounting it is simple though, fits right into my receiver hitch and then plugs in. Both plows came on the truck but I have seen the back blades for around $2500 give or take a few. Its a LS Package, pretty loaded up, doesn't have leather but other than that I think its got everything.

It was 50 degrees here yesterday so I washed it up and took a few pics without the plows.

Side view, they tapered the Linex to match the tailgate guard on the back.

Can we see a side view of the box to see how it looks with the line-x over the rails?

How much did the truck cost you and how many miles are on it?

    Thanks.
