Has anyone ever had any luck putting a new skin on a plow with out having it rolled. I was thinking of just starting at the bottom with a flat bar across C clamped on both ends and work my way up a little bit at a time. I was going to get some 12 ga. sheetmetal to try this. Think it will work?

Haven't done it but i think it sounds easier than it really is,your best bet would be to trace out the curve you need with cardboard and take it to a good fab shop and have them roll it.

The problem with rolling it is I havent found a shop nearby that has a roller wider that 4 feet. They can do it in a brake but then it has a bunch of creases in it.

Not sure what shipping would run but i bet these guys have done them before,i've used them in the past for steel, worth a call, they do have a roller big enough.
