new shocks

Discussion in 'Chevy Trucks' started by JTS Landscaping & Lawn Service, May 29, 2006.

  1. i am going to put new shocks on my truck but was thinking of getting a 2-3" lift. was just wondering if i got shocks for the lift if they would still fit on my stock the front i did crank the torsion bars up though for the plow so they would work there but would they work on the back.

You'll have to measure the travel. Cranking up the torsion will/should not affect the current shocks. Adding 2-3" of lift may.
