Well we just finished our latest rig. 2016 F-550 with central hydraulics. 4.5 stainless steel v-box spreader with a 9'2" V-plow. Spreader is mounted directly to frame and has all custom welding. Snow blower holder will allow "one stop" for sidewalk crew and plow/salt.

I'd think that would do the trick!

Is the DXT on the central hydraulics or just the salter?

Plow is separate. Standard plow set-up. Not a fan of central hydro plows unless they are on larger trucks.

Just curious why you don't like cnt. hyd plows? I thought about doing that on my truck. The upfitter that built mine bragged how much faster they are, but I opted not to simply because all the times that you need to make adj to plow angle while driving and the delay in switching on cnt. hyd I thought might be an issue. At the time I built the truck, I was going to run a straight blade. Now that I run a V, I really wish I had done it.
