Depends on what type of business your looking for. Are you looking at driveways or commercial ?

Ad in the local paper works good. Or have some nice post cards made up and mailed to areas you want to work in.

Call your local community newspapers (the small ones), get rates on having fliers printed and inserted into the zones of the communities where you would like to conduct your work. Have it priced both ways of them printing or you printing and supplying.

You'd be surprised how many people will stick it on the side of their fridge, when it falls into their lap.
