Just had a new 7'6" superduty w/wings installed and after about 4 hrs of use its started to skip or bounce instead of slide when down. Dealer that installed it suggested grinding down a little bit of the cutting edge on the wings. Anyone have this problem before?

After 4hrs of use the edge should be worn and what you're describing shouldn't happen. BTW I've only experienced what you're saying on lot with the seams being freshly sealed and the sealant is still pliable.
I'd suggest checking the trip spring tension, you should be able to slip a business card between the coils when adjusted correctly.

The frame that holds the plow needs to be level when the blade is dropped .There are 3 holes on a Fisher to do this , dont know how Boss works .
