I bought my plow over the summer for $2500 just the plow. Came with a snofoil and its an 8 foot basically brand new like yours is. Id say with the control and wires another 500.

$4,500 includes push plates and installation? One season use? I don't know if Fisher transfers warranty to second owners or not. Are you including push plates?

    Maybe $3500-ish?

$3500 isnt a bad price at all considering its brand new. your market may be different though. I got a fairly good deal because the guy was going to florida and needed it gone.
