Ok I Got 2 Lots I need to Bid on

    #1 is 272,860 Sq Ft
    #2 is 158,590 Sq Ft

Both Lots have to be Clear by 6am, Lot 1 has some above ground stuff, and Out Building so speeds not going to happen.
Lot 2 is more open then #1

    Both are Fence and Gated.

I'm Thinking a Truck and Skid for Lot # 1

And a Truck for Lot 2 Maybe a Skid.

They Want a 2" Trigger Bid and a Zero Tol Bid.

    What do you guy think?

Why not a few 12 foot pushers on back hoes 1 on each lot and have the truck clean up both lots and be drinking miller litle by 4 am ?

topdog that was my thought. a 6.8 acre lot with only a truck and skid is not enough, atleast not for my customers.

backhoe on the big lot, ss on the small lot and the truck to clean up.

WOW.....Almost 4000 posts and you're asking for advice! My two cents worth. I'd say 2 trucks and a skid, 3.5 hours, for the first one. A truck and a skid or 2 trucks for the second, 2.5 hours.

Gee lots of new tough guys this year.

Possibly this is a new type of account for him and he wants to make sure he is properly equipped and prices it competitively.

    Tell me about it!

I just wanted to see what every ones input was. Different market areas are going to handle this different ways.

Some one should tell him to lay off the Maple Syrup !
