I have a question about the output shaft length on a th400. I am going to buy a new one and need to know the lenth. I don't have the tools or the time to pull it out since I am at school and I can't risk driving all the way home more than once. Their are three lengths 1 1/2", 2 3/8', and 4 1/2". I am buying a rebuilt one from advance. I have had it out several times and it looks to me like it would be 4 1/2". The tranny is a 79' out of a K20 with a 203 transfer case. I really appreciate any input thanks.
