need help

    I have a 810pp i have just replaced the two cylinders and hoses in the wing. what the trouble is the wing goes out and around but it don't snap back around it just slides back in but if push on it it works. what do i need to do?

    So you have a 2 cylinder wing? A long one and a short one? Older 810 like most of mine :)

    Sounds like you still have a bunch of air in the lines.

    Could be another thing... where did you get your cylinders?

    jerrys service is were i got my cylinders and yes i have two we did find i had the return line of the small cylinder wraped around the box cylinder but i fixed that and that did not fix it

    Are your lines reversed on the small cylinder?

    i don't think so i have the big one on the in side and the small one out side i think that was the way i came apart it works going out but slow

    OK, lines may be right at the cylinder, but are they correct on the manifold?

    they are ran the same as the other side

    Ahh, there's your problem. Look at the Hydraulic hose identification guide sticker that should be on your black pump cover. The left hose pattern is not a mirrored copy of the right hose pattern ( for a 99 blizzard)
