Hey, how are ya? I am new, and need some help. I have a 1986 Dodge w-150 with a Fisher Minute Mount Series I Elec/Hydr plow. It is noisy as hell when lifting or angling the plow. I had the electric motor rebuilt but it is still noisy as hell. I did change the fluid and I used Type F tranny fluid instead of Type A (didnt know at the time). Does anyone know if having the wrong kind of fluid would cause that much noise? Do these hydraulic pumps let go? Could that be it? Any help would be great. Thanks, Neil V.
