need help pricing first big lot

    hi everyone im new to posting on this site been reading awhile and love the site. the land lord at my storage garage asked me if would plow the lot this year. i have never priced anything this big. what would you guys price this at? i can push all the snow strait to the rear of lot. here is a pic of the lot. out lined in red is the area to be plowed thanks this is in north tonawanda ny

    the lot is 200ft long by 80 ft wide which is 16000 square ft . the truck is 2005 ford f250 with 7.6 Western straight blade thanks

    That shouldnt take more then 20 minutes and 200lbs of salt. Bill them a half hour since cars might be in the way, plus time and materials on salt.
