Need a good curb guard for my 8' pro plus. I really do not like the design of Western's AT ALL.

Anyone care to throw me some links or brands to look at?

2 weeks ago they said right around $100, I was a little shocked and had to ask a few times if that was for the pair just to make sure lol. I think the sh*tty western ones were like $70 or so a piece.

I plow airport taxi ramps which can be long stretches of concrete. There is about an 1/8" of wear on the cutting edge because of the guards and this is the second season on the blade. Also i had about 40 plowable events last season.

does 2 things really- keeps your edge from wearing prematurely and also protects the side of your moldboard from being damaged while scraping along curbs. Hence "curb guard"!

Anyone have any pics of these on their blade? Would like to see them before I buy. The web site does not show a pic of them mounted
