Hello all could use some help from the guys who have been around for awhile. We have a home improvement company which is divided into three division, 1- home remodel/repair 2 - home inpsection 3 lawn installation / hydroseeding. So, hydroseeding division does snow removal. We had 3 accounts last year spread across a large area. Just seemed not worth the time or effort. We got a late start as our plow truck was picked up end of Nov. Older 3500 GMC series western plow from the early 80s. Truck only has 63000 miles on it. Truck was stored many years.

Looking for help in bids/pricing? How people get the routes/new accounts? Do you run ads, what have people found works best? Seem to feel a per push and contract blend is the way to go.
Trying to bid on a large complex 80 garage doors that need hand work with 100 yards plus of side walks. I was told last guy used 2 skidsteers 1 plow truck and 5 shovel guys. What does some think for a season this is worth?

thanks, hope someone is around here during summer to even reply as most guys are landscaping and lawn stuff like crazy right now.

Thanks for any and all help.
