Need a Boss A frame

    I am in need of a Boss a frame for my 9'2" v blade. Mine broke

    Stay away from CPW. They are a joke. Your in Indy. Call Valpo tralier.

    Or like others said, post pics. Might be able to fix it?
     
  6. Call Bob at valpo trailer. Cpw is a joke to deal with I live 10 mins from them and will drive out to valpo instead

    I have had 3 of these break this season, not sure what's causing it but not happy!

    FIX IT !!! Bring it to me and I will do it for free.

    Or...take it to a welding shop.

    Money saved and it WILL BE stronger.

    Perhaps you remember my post on the best plows going....


    I spoke with my dealer friend who handles both Boss and Western.

    This problem was mentioned first off. So you are not alone, it must be from you over working the plow ;) because Boss are the best, right ;)

    Did you fix your own ??

    There has been some of these broken lately. The underlying story seems to be that employees are the ones damaging them. I had one person that was good for things like this but no one else. His nickname was D9. Piledriving curbs at high speed will make a mess out of any plow.
    I would fix that for sure, add some metal over the broken area on the bottom after it is bent back and rewelded.

    I replaced all 3 of mine. 2 were broken further up where it narrows down, one was broken same as above.

    I would not worry about the twist as you can rebuild or straighten that part.

    I am certain a new A would be much more than what would have into a solid repair.

    I ordered one from ESI i think it was 300/350. Swap it in and fix this one for next time
