We have seen and heard what the nationals want the subs to sign. What I would love to see is the proposal, specifications , contract , schedules or levels of service that they submit to the property owners

Nationals are all about their paperwork and we all know that. Immediately after the december blizzard on the jersey shore in december, our phones blew up from desperate account reps from two of the big three. They wanted us to go out and start doing jobs for them with only a verbal and they also said"just bill us for the agreed upon hourly rate(115.oohr).My response was ok just send me a purchase order. I never heard from any of those clowns again.
