I've got an opportunity to do apartment complex but, it has sidewalks less then 40 inches wide. 80 buildings. Any suggestions for speedy equipment?

Ariens makes a 36" Snowblower that would be good for that in one pass you would only be leaving a few inches on either side unless they are really set on it be edge to edge. The walker snowblower is 42" so you would be a little wide but if the edges of the grass aren't raised up it shouldn't tear it up. Just a few options good luck!

36" walker single stage blower. I have that, and you can go as fast as you want. Only you have to be careful of cracks in the walks, it will stop ya dead in your tracks and break stuff. *going 7mph....long story*

And two inches one either side Is not a deal breaker around here.

How about an ATV or one of those Home Depot lawn tractors with a plow or a snow blower.
