This is my second season with this 7' std and it will only raise 1 " until you hit the raise on the controlller 6-7 times or more. You can raise it easily with only about 10lbs of help pressure to get it started. Angles fine. I've tried a different controller, new fluid, new coil, cleaned the valve, adjusted the quill and still nothing. At no cost to me. The dealer is even puzzled. Any ideaers?

Check the pump pressure, probably set really low.

    Check the electrical connections also.

Maybe it's not getting enough voltage at the motor .

    Just a thought,

I've checked the connections those are all good and getting the power as needed. I'm a little ingnorant as to where the adjustment is made to raise the pressure and which way to turn it to raise the pressure once I get there. :help:

You should have the pressure output check by the dealer before you just turn up the pump, they should have a 3000psi pressure gauge and the psi settings for your pump.
