are they hauling away from a snow dump, or moving to another area?

the reason is that they promise the site on tthe 1st of april to a construction compagny to build a bridge for the highway that really close to the snow dump. ( build a bridge off site and replace it within 24 hours) " here's some links to the articles :

    http://www.pobonline.com/Articles/Article_Rotation/BNP_GUID_9-5-2006_A_10000000000000295729

    http://www.417queenswaybridges.ca/eng/background.shtml

With the huge amount of snow that we received last year , the dump filled up quicker than usual.
so that's the story. taking it out to go dump it in a quarry about a hour away !
