My new Plow/Truck....

    Here is my new plow, got it installed today. It's an 8 foot Wester Pro Straight blade on a 2004 2500HD GMC Sierra, 6.0l gasser.

    The best part is Westerns new mount did not require ANY cutting of the lower air dam, you can see it in the side picture...

    It's not purple, it is "Sport Red Metallic" Looks like metallic Burgundy to me...

    Nice set up!! What kind of back rack is that and did it make the tool box higher??

    The back rack is from the company Called Back rack... I picked it up from Sirennet.com look under push-bars. It did not raise up the toolbox at all. They recommend the toolbox bracket when you buy it, but they raise the box up about 2.5 inches, so I took them off an just used the standard mounting brackets...
