Last Thursday, I ordered 7 loads of salt to put under tarp in case of shortage about 245 tonne or 275 to be delivered next Tues morn well they brought it on Fri no big deal since I was there anyways. We covered it with a big tarpworked great. Well on Tues I get a call while at the landscape show that the drivers are having trouble dumping the salt, they brought screwed up the prder and brought me another 6 loads, I told them not to dump the 7 th. So I called my dad and he went and got 2 more tarps and him and a couple guys piled the salt and tarped it, while my lazy bum stayed at the landscape show.:D In the pic there is around 300 ton in the Coverall and about 500 ton under tarp.

It was actually overflowing o yesterday but we spread over 50 ton on the last big storm, kind of wondering if I should order another load to top off.

Now I see where all the salt went. If I could get salt by making a quick call, I'd stock pile some more as well. I'll stick with mixing sand, helps keep the cost down... Besides, sand is almost always available.

No one uses sand around here.
