Thanks! The truck still amazes me at what it will push. About 1200 lbs in the bed for ballast and cooper m+s snows. I need to stop and take more pictures while I am out.

Yes I do. I bet you are talking about rt 20 in Auburn. I operate the grader there, so if you see it I am in it. I think I have seen on here that you are in Oxford?? that is where our asphalt plant is.

I use a lot of weight because of the driveways I do. I honestly don't think I would notice a difference with only 310lbs in the back. I use road sand/salt mix in a box I built and I use my brothers tractor to put it in/ remove it. If I couldn't use his tractor adding ballast would be a pita.

Awesome setup. Wish I would've gotten the VXT. I run about 800lbs ballast in the back of my 2010 mega can short bed cummins. Only drawback is I'm running 35" mud tires. But I generally plow in 2wd. Without ballast I wouldn't go anywhere haha.

Sounds like you have a nice set up yourself. Ballast makes all the difference, My summer wheels/tires are 285-75-18 toyo mt's. I really like the VXT, I am waiting for Boss to release a plow with down pressure to back drag better. That is the only change I would like to see to the plow. Matt

Yeah I run my stock rims with 35" trail grapplers. During the summer I have a clean set of 20" chrome wheels and 33" BFG AT. I agree on the down pressure. I back drag a good bit of places and it always leaves stuff behind.
