My 79 chevy dump

    well I got a new truck about 2 weeks ago and I finally got a chance to get a few quick pics of it.

    Its a 79 chevy 4x4 with a 350 and a 4 speed manual
    49000 miles on the clock
    and a western plow (dont have any pics of it im in the process of repainting it)

    her she is the first day I got it

    I plowed a couple of seasons at a local college with a very similar truck,was a great plow truck even did ok on fuel...
    As you can see from the photo had no problems stacking snow...

    I'm from the wilkes barre scranton area. I like it I didn't plow with it yet and actually I only plowed twice this year but we'll see what happens. I think it will be a good truck

    I knew the previous owner (long time family friend) and it was taken care. he only used it to plow his driveway and haul some firewood.

    Seeing the interior brings back memories. The first truck I learned to plow in, in 1985 was a 1978 GM.
    I still pass it by on my route today, I heard last month that the guy has it up for sale. I might have to look at it and refurbish it outta nostalgia. Thanks for posting that.

    That's a nice looking truck, man.


    I love the older Chevy/GMC trucks, and I keep looking for one from the 70's, but all I'm finding are rust buckets.

    Identical to my first plow truck. I think "mine" was a '88 though. Yours is about 1million times cleaner Thumbs Up.
