Do you have a particular music choice or selection when pushing snow? Im a metal head and in a Band. I always have to have something playing. (Not too loud of course as to interfer with the job)

I always head out to my route with some Satriani (Driving at night)

then switch up to some Slayer and Judas priest.

    YOU??

In any vehicle, plowing or not, it's usually on classic radio or...

    Queen
    Aerosmith
    Scorpions
    etc.

    Classic rock bands.

XM48 Squizz, they play some great music to plow to! I also enjoy 144 Nascar, and 150, the comedy channel (funny $hyt!!). I also carry a few cd's in the truck with some good "wake up" music too, like a little Saliva, Linkim park, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, etc...

    cant use radio

I usually keep all accesories off..while plowing drains too much battery ..and both trucks have duel batteries...

I was jamming some NWA and accidently backed into a tree, no damage though. I usually tune into AM radio to hear about all of the problems on the road and people that drive into ditches.

I don't plow yet but when I'm mowing, it's either classic rock radio, or XM 46-Top Tracks, or I will have the best band of all time (my avatar) in the CD player  ;)

I've gone country look at those boots. :gunsfiring:
Country all the way all the time. Even thinking about getting a cowboy hat to plow in.

I listen to nothing but metal and hairbands but I always have east Bound and Down by Jerry Reed with me too. Motley Crue is coming to town in a month so I'll be going to see them again.

Heh Heh, I just watched Smokey and the Bandit last night. I will bring a copy of the jam with me next time out. It's an awesome and rememorable jam for us Generation X'rs

    Gusco <--- breaks into song.....:

Eastbound and down, loaded up and truckin'
Ah we gonna do what they say can't be done
We've got a long way to go, and a short time to get there
I'm eastbound, just watch old Bandit run

Keep your foot hard on the pedal
    Son, never mind them brakes
Let it all hang out cause we got a run to make
The boys are thirsty in Atlanta
    and there's beer in Texarkana
We'll bring it back no matter what it takes

Eastbound and down, loaded up and truckin'
Ah we gonna do what they say can't be done
We've got a long way to go, and a short time to get there
I'm eastbound, just watch old Bandit run

Ah we gonna do what they say can't be done
We've got a long way to go, and a short time to get there
I'm eastbound, just watch old Bandit run

Old Smokey's got them ears on
    He's hot on your trail
And he ain't gonna rest 'til you're in jail
So you've got to dodge him, you've got to duck him
You gotta keep that diesel truckin'
Just put that hammer down and give it hell

Eastbound and down, loaded up and truckin'
Ah we gonna do what they say can't be done
We've got a long way to go, and a short time to get there
I'm eastbound, just watch old Bandit run

Ok, How many of you just sang the song?

I just got goosebumps thinking about that song, Its great. I can listen to it over and over again. It is the reason that I want to put a Cb In my truck. I usually just listen to the morning talk shows arround here, if my truck had a cd player you can bet that jerry reed would be playing from it.

I like all music. But when I plow I have to listen to something mellow like Alison Krauss to slow me down or I'll end up tearing stuff out of the ground and braking things :dizzy:

I don't listen while plowing, but enroute to other sites my remote control is in hand. Always heavy metal, old Quennsryche, Priest, Megadeth, Wasp, I love the 80's arena groups, can't forget W.A.S.P.
    Satriani....driving at night is a cool track, he's a great guitarist/musician.
