Im looking for help from those that run a tractor/blower set up for multi unit HOAs. When figuring out your price do you figure out your hourly rate and bid that way by however long your are there or do you take each unit, figure out a price per unit and add all the units together to get a price. Seems you would be leaving money on table came up with your price by bidding hourly due to the efficiency of the equipment. Clear as mud right?

Bid each one then multiply by how many. In hoa not all the drives are the same, some bigger some smaller, but hoa usually wants the same price for all of them because each one is not paying for the plowing the hoa is paying for it.Is there any common areas you need to take care of?
