Mounting A frame to truck?

    Most of the meyer mounts have 3 holes for positioning the A frame to the truck. I have always used the middle hole for no other reason the because it seems stronger there than on the upper or lower ends. I do not see that the angle of the blade is that much different with either hole. So I guess my question is why do you use the mount hole that you use?

    You use whichever hole needed to make the A-frame as parallel as possible to the ground for the best performance, but just as importantly best cutting edge life. Run it too low and they scrap poorly, too high and it's tougher on edges.
