I have a older fisher 7'6" plow with belt driven hydraulics whose motor is being a bit sluggish to lift and angle the plow. I noticed my plow fluid was low a few millimeters. Could this be causing the motor to be sluggish as it has not done this before when the fluid was full? Also, is this bad for the plow? Thanks.
