    They've had some really big plows on the history channel shows that I've seen lately.

    Anyone else catch the show on the Ice Truckers going across the Great Slave Lake?

    They've shown huge trucks and graders with V's, Straight blades and some with wing plows. The one guy said that sometimes they plow the road 200-300' wide in places.
    Early in the year the said they use an Argo with gigantic tractor tires(looked to be 8' high & 4-6" wide) on it so that if the rig goes through the ice it'll float.

    Darn thats one of the few snow plow models that I do not have in my collection yet. I have seen it in a few shops but havent layed down the dough to buy it just yet.

    Oh ok. Ive seen a few 10ft viking plow blades. they look like a sturdy plow:)
