I not happy with how slow it raises and goes l to r. I replaced the oil but not the filter. I think it was purchased in 2000. I bought the truck and plow from Northeast Utilities in good shape. This is my first MM. Were the older ones slow by design or is it some thing else?

Full drain and fill? Rams to?
Filter sounds like a good start.
Then psi test sounds about next.

Thanks for the link! Now I need to find a couple of adapters and a filter!
