Ok. My brother has a Minute mount 1 V plow mounted on his 94 F250. Last year the blade started acting up. When set as a straight blade the wings do not move together, one is always faster.
Say the blade is straight across, and you want to angle it to the left. The left wing comes towards the truck fine but the right wing is slow. then when the left wing gets all the way back, the right wing stops and starts to drift back. It works the same way when angling to the right. The wing coming closer to the truck works fine, but the wing going away from the truck is slow then stops and drifts.

he just did a fluid change and cleaning the filters in hopes of fixing it but it does the same thing. Any ideas?

what did you guys use for fluid? try something cold weather if your not using fisher oil already.

If the problem is always with the right wing check the grounds first.

if the coils are the same try swapping them to see if it makes the left wing act up

if that doesn't help then remove and clean the valve for the right wing . I am willing to bet the problem is in one of those orifices.

    We used Fisher fluid.

BOTH wings are slow, depending on which side your are turning to.

    Yes. 2 plug

We figured it out tonight. It had 3 seperate issues

    1. No right wing function = Bad connection at 12 pin plug
    2. No straight blade mode = Black wire in controller was backed out of connector
    3. lazy wing when using as straight blade = bad control valve on solinoid S5

    ALL FIXED NOW
