Have E-57 unit, it get struck sometimes in the left angle position. Replaced "C" coil, couplers and new hose, all OEM Meyer's. The couple seems to be under high pressure, if I disconnect hose from cylinder move cylinder slightly some fluid escapes, can angle plow by hand. Reconnect hoses then will work again for a short period or a long lenght of time.

What is next Crossover valve? Any suggestions

I just started having that problem today...don't have a clue. But I did just have a new harness truck and plow side put on Saturday.

Would be interested in any replies.

there were some threads on here not long ago where one of the cures is to weld stops on the sector to keep the blade from going too far left or right.

    Welcome to PlowSite Don

Try using your plow as normal but not angling it all the way, stop short and see it the problem goes away. If if doesn't get stuck, then do as Dave says and put on some better angle stops.

Angle to the left and gets stuck

I replaced the "C" valve and Coil
    Replaced all couplers
Had King Bolt replaced and tighten up plow
Had stops welded as per Meyer's troubleshooting guide.

    What else should I try?

Have not idea service guy has no idea.

    Thanks

    Don
