I recently bought a Chevy S-10 that had a Meyer plow on it. I am having a problem with the way the wiring is done. When the headlights are on the high beam indicator is always on. It makes no difference whether it is the truck lights or plow lights; high beam or low beam, the indicator light is always on. Any ideas on what could be wrong with the wiring?

If all lights function properly then look for one that is maybe not so bright as the others. That one may have a bad ground. You may also have a bad ground on your plow light bar to plow or frame. A bad ground some where can make your electrical do crazy things. You also may have a hot wire wired to the constant hot side of a fused circuit.
