Did a search, didn't find much. I would like to know if anyone knows anything about Meyer under tailgate spreaders that would go on the back of a dump truck. Quality, reliability, operation, etc. I recently got a used F350 dump, and need a tailgate spreader. Came across a Meyer "S" type. Please let me know any feedback. It would be helpful! Thanks.

They are a very simple unit. The steel is much thinner than what is used in the bigger units like a Henderson. They are a little cheaper though.

If you take care of it,it should work well.I woud still prefer a stronger unit, but if you came across a good deal on one, then go for it.
