i bought a truck that has a plow on it and the quick coupler sizes didnt match the ram sizes.....so i we had to adapt some fittings down to make them fit. When we 1st replaced them it worked but now nothing works....sounds like the pump in working but it doesnt go up and down or left or right. could the lines have frozen?? Or something wrong with the fittings?? its like in the teens for temp.

need more info ,what pump, quick couplers could be bad or debris in valve body. meyers are notorious for getting water in them and freezing ,flush out unit and rams add new fluid

Should go up even if lines and couplers are bad. is motor running? if not check power wires, work your way back

get the whole plow inside where it is warm and pull the drain plug after it has warmed up. refill with new fluid; while inside check all the power cables, fuses, connectors, relays and the controller. (wouldn't hurt to break out the multimeter/continuity tester).

if you want serious help you need to post SPECIFIC information. pump model number, plow type, how old it is, who did the install, what type of controller (joystick, touch pad, etc.) the more info you give, the best answers you will get. if the pump is running it is probably a wiring issue that it isn't energizing one of the valves/coils. clean all the connections and make sure to use some dielectric grease before re-connecting them...

Plain and simple regardless of any details other than it's a Meyer pump, if it won't even angle to the left then it's froze up or very low on fluid.

Drain the fluids from the entire system (angle rams and pump tank) fill it with Meyer Hydra-flush operate thoug all functions a number of times then drain and refill with Meyers fluid or the equivalent, NO ATF.
