Meyer Products LLC has introduced an innovative out-front hydraulic system that is plowing through barriers in the snow and ice removal industry.

The Meyer E-70 Out-Front Hydraulic System, designed to be easily installed on a wide variety of medium-duty vehicles, is the perfect solution for landscapers or contractors who want to affordably add a plow to vehicles that do not have central hydraulics.

“This system is a lot more economical than purchasing a truck with central hydraulics,” states Meyer President Andy Outcalt. “It is compatible with many popular medium-duty vehicles from Ford, GM, Sterling, Peter-Built, Freightliner and alike.”

The E-70 system works with the Aggressor X 10-foot long moldboards, the biggest and toughest plow in the Meyer line. The taller moldboard, more aggressive attack angle and precise curvature create superior snow rolling action, allowing you to move more snow in less time. The E-70 innovative hydraulic system can be used with Class IV – Class VII vehicles, and is ideal for 27,000 lb. to 33,000 lb. GVW work trucks.

The features of the E-70 Out-Front Hydraulic System demonstrate Meyer’s commitment to Reliable Over-time Construction (ROC), a manufacturing process unique to Meyer and characterized by heavy-duty construction. The new system includes:
    • Large translucent reservoir for easy filling and the ability to check the oil level at a glance
    • Use of #10 cartridges and solenoids with half-inch hoses to provide maximum flow and operational speed
    • Ability to remove the plow without disconnecting the hoses, eliminating the potential for oil contamination

Meyer Products LLC is a leading manufacturer of highly reliable snow and ice control systems. Meyer’s product innovations and industry knowledge have been improving transportation safety and convenience since the day we invented snowplows over 80 years ago.
