Does it angle? Does the motor run?

does not angle either all I hear is a clicking when press up on controller. Hydro fluid is full also, just had new parts replaced last year before season is it common for them to go bad every year?

Depends on what was replace and why.

Could be, but try jumping the two large terminals and see if the motor runs. The plow should go left so stay clear of it. If motor runs you need to put test light on small white wire at solenoid and check for power when pressing up, left or right. Have power replace solenoid. No power you need to check control connections or control.
