My meyer 7.5 steel has about 4" of vertical wobble, like a see-saw. Any tips? places to look for problems?

lift your blade and manually wabble the blade and check your main pivot bolt ,, the other place would be at the truck mount pivot where it pivots from a lift ,, my guess would be the main pivot bolt

I had the same problem with my 7.6 classic. Come to find out that where the pivot pin goes through the sector, the L bracket broke off the sector and had to be rewelded. I was lucky though, on mine the whole l bracket broke off, I was told that usually the L bracket breaks in half. Now it seems to be fine.

How tight should the king pin bolt be? i know my wobbles just as bad if not more. I also noticed the botl is bent. Is this the point that Meyers engineered to break?
