As was already mentioned (Grainger etc) Tools Plus in Waterbury (directly across from Home Cheapo) has a wide variety of what your looking for at decent prices. They also have a website that you can check out before going to see if they have what your looking for. They will order anything you need that they don't have. Always had good luck with them.

If you so have it sand blasted you might think about having them prime it for you. That way no flash rust happens. Make sure they use a primer compatable to your epoxy paint

Hey Plowman. Try New England Dry Stripping in Trumbull. They are right off of RT 25. They blasted my dumpbed after I finished fabricating it to get the mill scale off. They also epoxy primered it. I think they used PPG DP90.

    powder coated

If you are going to have someone sand blast it, check out having it powder coated as well.
Most powder coaters have sand blasting too.

Powder coating does nothing but bubble and then peel off in sheets. Worst thing plow manufacturers did.
