I got a 50# bag of Pelladow and made some mix. I used a 5 gal bucket, put 4 gals of water (left room for chemical) and added 3.6 lbs per Gal. Man did that get hot-was steaming in my heated garage. So I fill my 4 gal Solo backpack sprayer w/ about 2 gals. and went outside.
We had some very wet snow Monday and have residual ice on concrete and my wooden deck (in shaded areas only).
So, I just got done spraying it. We'll see what happens. I think I need to drill bigger holes in my spray tip.
That was the rite amount of calcium to use, rite? I should be good to -17*?

No pics until I see some results. Well I must've done something wrong. Didn't really work. I even took off the sprayer tip completely so I could get plenty on the surface but to no avail.
I realize that liquid treatments are primarily for PRE-treating ice/snow but, I figured it should work on some existing ice to a CERTAIN point.
