Here is what consumed about 3-4 hours a night this week playing in my shop. They are set at a 27 degree scoop. I like getting to do odd ball things that don't involve wood, like 10-12 hours I do every day. The straight wings from Snoway would have been my only option for covering my tracks on my dually in scoop mode. The 45 degree scoop wings that they make would have been a few inches short of covering my tracks. By doing them at 27 degrees I cover 103" in scoop mode where my truck is 95" wide. Here is some pics.

Very nice work. I don't know how your dot cop around there is, but the one here is a pita, you may want to take them off when going down the road, because you will be over 102". JMO

3/8" 7 ply plywood sides and 3/16"balsa wood for the face. It is held together with Gorilla Glue, so I should be OK!:D

Hasn't seen snow yet so that is why I still have my Sticker! LOL

Thanks for the comments guys, I felt they turned out pretty good for just being a dumb carpenter!:jester:

I ran out of COMMON SENSE when putting my plow together. I ordered more from the dealer, but it is on back order, they said that it would be a few months and expect a 300% price increase! I might just have to wing it like 95% of people do, that is what I had to do when I built the wings!:D
